Specimen Acquisition

Request for DHVI Clinical Specimens

To request specimens that are collected through various DHVI protocols (e.g. chronics, uninfecteds) or from retrospective samples that are housed at DHVI (e.g. plasma donor panels) please complete the following form.

Submit forms to dhvi.blood@notes.duke.edu. You will be contacted once necessary approvals are obtained. For questions, please contact Darcy McMullin.

In order to receive specimens, appropriate approvals must be in place. Please complete the form below and submit to dhvi.blood@notes.duke.edu. You will be contacted once necessary approvals are obtained. It is only after this that you may receive specimens. For questions, please contact Janet Mueller.
