Dr. Michael Gunn, MD is Associate Professor of Medicine, Immunology, and Pathology at Duke University Medical Center.  Dr. Gunn works with vaccine development teams to develop the safest and strongest vaccine immune responses, but targeting activation pathways of dendritic cells.  The goal of his research is to understand how immune responses are initiated and regulated.  His ultimate aim is to apply this knowledge to the development of vaccines and immunotherapeutics for human use.
