Shared Resource Summary:
The IQA Center Laboratory Flow Acquisition Shared Resource offers flow cytometric acquisition of human research and clinical samples using a Becton Dickinson FACSCalibur multicolor flow cytometer. The IQA Center Laboratory is CAP and CLIA certified for clinical flow cytometry. The BD FACSCalibur system combines dual-laser technology, an automated sample loader option, and powerful software to provide high throughput sample processing. This cytometer has been designed specifically to support a wide-range of applications, from 1 to 4 colors. The modularity and robust technology designed into the BD FACSCalibur system also offers investigators the performance and flexibility required for a variety of GLP research and clinical applications. Data, in list mode files, are provided as requested.

Protocols and Documents:
Acquisition of stained cells; must provide a legend of tube numbers, control tubes and MoAb colors per tube.
